The following are examples of what can be included for various budgets. However, every course is custom-designed to fit your
individual budget and site. Also, some parts of the country have higher construction costs that are not reflected here. This
pricing is similar for indoor courses, as well. Prices are subject to change at any time.
$200,000 Budget
- 18 professionally designed and built golf holes with
sidewalks including excavation
- Average golf hole length is 25 feet
- On approximately 6,000 - 12,000 square feet
$400,000 Budget
- Increases size and complexity of water features and
golf holes
- Adds water feature & bridge
- Elevation changes to 8 feet
- On approximately 15,000 - 25,000 square feet
- Includes lighting, electric, and fill to create elevations
